I may have gotten the best one in the pile because it ran for 5 hours straight in the morning hunt and then 3 hours straight in the evening hunt and still had power. I will try it again later in the season but if this is typical it is better than advertised. UPDATE: 2016 - This was the 3rd hunting season for this battery and nothing has changed. It ran for 7 hours straight and still had charge left. It took about 2.5 - 3 hours to fully charge from that drain off but was ready for the next day hunt.
These extended life batteries are so much better than the original battery that came with the unit

These extended life batteries are so much better than the original battery that came with the unit. Had it working at -10 C no problems for most of the day with power to spare. The original battery didn't last more than 2.5 hrs. Buy the extended life you won't be caught short while in the bush!

Way too expensive.... $over100 for a rechargable battery??? If there was an alternative it's probably just as good and cheaper, but I couldn't find one so I was stuck paying this ridiculous fee...... pure capitalism.
Between this and the battery that came with I can easily do back to back dark to dark sits without ...

This lasts way longer than the battery that comes with the Ozonics. I can do dark to dark sits and still have some left. Between this and the battery that came with I can easily do back to back dark to dark sits without charging them.
