The feet straps are super painful. you'll wake up with them literally cutting into your feet. Once I cut them off, these are amazing.
Very good recovery tights, well made.

Excellent compression, and the fit is firm and comfortable. These work as advertised. Legs feel great and seem to recover faster after a long day in the saddle. Much better compression than skins RY400 recovery tights. Get the correct size or they may crush you. I wish they made these in solid black. Attached is the Zoot Sizing Chart, from the actual Zoot packaging.
Great product

Very compressive. I found the size chart accurate. Did opt for the tall size, being close to 34" inseam. I think this helped limit the foot pain from the stirrups, and makes them easier to pull up. Also moving the heel opening back. Usually wear it for 4-5 hours after running, and they seem to help recovery.
Tight and effective

As the other reviews have said, these are really tight! They also seem to be highly effective at recovery.
It can take ten minutes to put them on, and I have experience with compression wear. They are also thicker than what I'm used to (Skins Ry 400, Sub Sports +R). Indeed, the Skins seem almost gossamer by comparison, though their compression is second only to the Zoot. I found that this thickness means they do heat up when doing something as simple as sweeping the floor, as opposed to wicking away sweat and cooling me down as my other tights do.
I've seen complaints about how the hole in the foot cuts into the arch. I found that it is possible, by carefully locating the edge of the hole onto the heel rather than the arch, mostly to avoid this problem.
Looking at the picture, I thought there were a lot of seams for the various panels, but in fact the only seams are one along each side and two in the crotch area. The various patterns are differences in the weave, which I thought was both ingenious and more reliable than a bunch of seams.
My big issue is the crotch and is the reason for only 4 stars. These tights just do not seem to have any way to be comfortable in the crotch. Further, they lack the clever fly arrangement of the Skins. For these reasons, I'll probably think twice about trying to sleep in them.

it's a great concept, but for prolong use it can really ...

I'm a avid competitive swimmer, so I'm constantly looking for new recovery gear. In my own option, if it's longevity that your looking for, go for ZOOT. I have a top which I bought 5 years ago which is just as tight today. warning however, these can be TIGHT, as they should. My only gripe about the product is the the ankle portion, it's a great concept, but for prolonged use it can really start digging into the bottom of your foot and begin hurting. I found putting normal socks under does help, but does not eliminate this problem. Better then the 2XU compression pants that I own
-Update-
Nearly a year later and they are still holding up just as well as my ZOOT compression top that I bought nearly 5 years ago. Solidly made product
