I love this little coffee maker! 1. It's NOT a Keurig - you use your own coffee, which you can do with a Keurig type K cup thing, but those are more complicated to use, with more parts to wash, and this thing has a terrific open mesh permanent filter to put your coffee in, and measuring lines inside the water chamber for you to use to make sure you get the perfect cup size of coffee. I take this one with me travelling to my boyfriend's house (believe it or not, someone with no coffee maker!), and it's small and convenient! I've got a really small house/kitchen, and this is just the perfect size for my life. The coffee brews quickly, and it just does a great job. I'm very happy with this coffee maker and would recommend it to anyone who only wants a cup when they want just one cup.

I did not realize that the distance from brewer to tray was so short. I had a Bella coffee maker that was taller, and had a basket that was easy to clean out. I returned thIs product, primarily due to the coffee basket.
