GREAT TASTING

This isn't what it used to be. There is no cheese. There is no Vermecceli. I used to eat box after box of the old cheesy rice and I would again!! But this isn't it. This, like the other reviewer said, tastes like vomit. My fiancé and I couldn't even eat a bite. It instantly made me sick.

Nasty. Nothing cheesy about it. Bought some to have something convenient to make at hotels while traveling. Unfortunately I bought this. There is nothing good about it except the ease of heating it up. Someone else compared it to dig vomit. This is accurate

I will pretty much eat anything or try a new food. In my opinion, rice is rice. Now my opinion has changed. I cooked this for the 90 seconds as indicated and should have known when the smell repulsed me that the outcome would not be good. I poured the rice into a bowl and my first reaction was the gag reflex. It looked like my dog had vomited in the bowl. Again I will try anything and so I took a small bite. There was nothing appetizing about the texture nor did it taste cheesy. I then pushed the bowl away and waited for it to cool down before I tossed the rice into the garbage. I don't eat everything but usually it is because I do not like the taste of a new food. There was NOTHING appealing about this product from the moment I placed it in the microwave until it went into the garbage can.

The photo was taken after I stirred it a bit and had been sitting on the counter for few minutes.Luckily the smell abated when I went to toss it or I would have been tossing my cookies

This is tasty and creamy and works with many different foods; I like all the Ready Rice products. So good to have on hand.
