Strengthen your core
T. B.•October 17, 2017
They use this chair at the Special Education School for the student to learn how to balance their bodies and increase their core strength. I loved it and bought it to use when I am sewing. It works perfectly and I get to strength my core while putting together my quilts. Highly recommend it.
Tiggers chair...

not my chair, but have perched on it a few times, and it seems to work quite well. the girls at the office both love it. price was quite reasonable, minimal assembly required, and actually quite comfy. you may catch your self bouncing to the music occasionally.
Great chair. retention bar broke after 8 months.
Terry Spidle•October 5, 2016
Good chair, I have had it for 8 months now, received early February 2016. Needs re-inflated about once a month for a handful of pumps for my pressure liking, I don't think it leaks, just barometric changes like you occasionally have to inflate the tires on the car. Just last week the retension bar at the bottom broke so I really feel this needs to be a more sturdy design. It does not seem to effect functionality as it sits in the base just by normal gravity anyway. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.
Works well, holds plenty of weight

I am 250 lbs and this chair has supported me great for a year now.
I don't know why some people are whining about the back of the seat - just take it off. It is super easy if it is in the way, but it makes the chair more comfortable, you can't put all your weight against it but it provides minor assistance for your lower back.
I sit on it while I play video games, its a good TV height and easy to move and store. Its not a good height for a desk-chair, but then again I never though I'd use it as one. It was tough to start on and I had to use it in small sessions but now I can sit on it pretty indefinitely, definitely a decent way to keep your core engaged in what might be an otherwise sedentary activity.

Revised review

This is my second reviews...This chair is great! The only reason I gave it 4 star is because I ordered a second one for my husband and it came damaged. Too bad your vendor can't just replace the damaged part like other online stores. I had to take it completely apart, re-package it and take it to UPS. What a pain! NOTE TO SELF: Look at all parts and pieces prior to assembly.
Updated review: The ball has a leak now at the seam....bummer!
