I bought this doll for both of my granddaughters when they became "Big Sisters". They used the doll as their own baby (while their Mom was busy with the real baby). It has a softness to the plastic "skin" and it's a great size for little 2 and 3 year olds! Pay more get a lot more!

Excellent doll! We purchased the sister to this doll for our 5 year old granddaughter on her first Christmas. It has been one of her favorite dolls over the years and is still played with often. SO when it was time to get a doll for her baby sister, we naturally looked again for an 11" Corolle doll. Once again, it is loved by our newest grand girl--- she is intrigued with the open and close eyes! Corolle dolls have quality construction, are very huggable for little arms, easy to carry, adorable, and smell SO GOOD! I highly encourage those looking for a doll to buy Corolle products!
Really cute doll, but smaller than I anticipated

Love this doll. She smells so sweet; she is lightly vanilla scented. I shouldn't take a star off for this, but she is MUCH smaller than I expected.I guess if you stretch her out flat she would be 12". Her head is a tad larger than a tennis ball for comparison. Not sure if I need to get a larger one or not. I ordered this in lieu of the "Bitty Baby" that is so expensive. Since it is for a 2 year old I may keep her because she is so sweet.

If I could give this doll more than 5 stars I would!! I bought this for my daughter's first birthday and she is now two and a half. We have acquired many babies since her first one but this is always her favorite. She's very tiny at only 12 in but she is very well made and smells amazing. Even after a year and a half the sweet vanilla smell is still there. I literally looked and a hundred dolls before making my decision and am so happy with the one I made. I would recommend her to anyone.
