It doesn't go all the way around your head, it is only for your forehead.
Can't be used in a microwave.... What is this product?

How does it work? Just received it and What is inside is definitely not a gel pack but sounds like metallic beads and metallic wires. Put it in the microwave and (evidently) it created sparkles as it is metal. Did I receive a defective item? Can someone help me with this? Where is the gel part? Thank you.
