I bought this to check my son's ears as he does not display typical signs of an ear infection. Other than my son being quite squirmy and requiring extra hands to use this on him, I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality is excellent and I love the inclusion of the adult and pediatric sizes of tips. This one has glass lenses. My mom (a nurse) was also impressed with the quality of this otoscope.
