Horrible product, customer service - Looks like a great deal right? I bought the first one and installed it. The fan worked but it was not balanced correctly. It made a loud vibration and I did not feel comfortable using it. I paid the $15 shipping costs and 45 days later I received a refund but only after I called numerous times and sent numerous emails and provided shipping numbers (because they "could not find the package").

Made another mistake and purchased a second one thinking it would be perfect. This one did not even turn on - of course, I found this out only after installing it. Paid ANOTHER $15 shipping payment and never heard back. Now months and emails, calls, and shipping numbers later I have not heard back. $86 lost on that one. That's a lot of money.

The only decent thing about the product was the straightforward nature of installation.

I should have known better to just pay more and get a quality product. Horrible customer service, horrible product.

Purchased the fan to replace the stock fan over out bed in the camper. Looking to have more air movement on those cooler nights. Fan installed in 15 mins and moves the air much better then the stock vent fan. Love the ability to have multiple speeds and both directions of air flow.

But we can't give it a full five stars because the fan is a bit noisier then expected and Its blades are a out of balance. The unbalanced blades with the motor noise make running the fan on high really unpleasant so we only put it at medium. Also running the fan on High attempting to pull Air from the camper out the vent seems to cause and issue where the wire screen can get pulled on to the fan blade, which makes a very bad noise...to screen is a bit loose in my opinion. With all that I think most of the issues are quality issues for the product, but It is 10x better then the stock fan and we are still happy with using it.

I hope they look improve the quality of the product because it is a great option to replace sub par standard equipment.

I got two of these it works great took my vent that I had in my trailer apart run the wiring to the VORTEX 2 and put this up now I have a great fan in my trailer it move the hot out and bring in the cool air in at night I feel real comforable in my trailer and am not sweating while I am sleeping it is cheaper then spend 1200.00 to 2,000.00 dollars for A/C love it I have to turn it down to Med or low at night it get a little chilly in the trailer now Love it
I took the Second put it in the Horse area in the trailer on the wall over the Manger in my straight load bump-pull it move the air around a lot better then what you see in most trailer it is ten times cooler in the Summer and it draws the high air out let in the cool air now my horse is comfortable he is not sweating and every one that this item in my trailer and show then how it work they wish they would have done the same thing that I did with out spending to extra money very easy to install all you is 14x14 vent all of the work is done on the inside of the trailer come with mounting screws and knob if you have it wire just use the wire nuts that come with it if not just go to your local hardware store buy white and black stranded wire hook to your battery or 120 volts in your trailer and put it up screw it up to the vent put the knob in place where you can rise to lower the vent cover and the trim that you took down around the vent up it back up fasten it back it into holes where it was before you took it down turn it on and you are in business takes 10 to 20 mins might be longer if you to pull wire to it a to make it work took me a day to get it working in my trailer

What a difference this fan makes! We purchased this to replace the squeaky, annoying stock bathroom fan in our Winnebago View. We specifically wanted a replacement that could be done from the inside so we would not jeopardize the integrity of the roof. My husband had this installed in under 30 minutes. It is so much quieter and moves much more air than the original fan.

It performed exactly as described. Installation is easy if you are knowledgeable and handy with tools.
