Works well. (Even tho I hate taking it.) Not a fan of the taste. But medicine shouldn't taste good anyway. This is tolerable. The decongestant kicks in pretty hard going down. Then strong after-taste. It'll knock you out pretty good within the hour. Then you just have to rest and hope you wake up feeling less miserable, flu-like. (headaches for me) So the Amazon brand has been reliable, so I get these when on sale. Separate occasions, packaging and seal were excellent. Recommend ..if you've been to the store and shocked at cold medicine prices.
