Good value and convenient

Pretty good value in the 5lb pack. Slightly too much onion for my taste, but tolerable. I add these to a lot of simple-to-fix stuff at work like instant mash potatoes, macaroni, canned soup. Beats chopping and slicing wet vegetables a lot of the time. And hate throwing out spoiled fresh vegetables that I didn't get to eat.

I was willing to buy it to see if I wanted more. The taste is okay, it's easy to use. The only problem I have with it is it is not worth the money. I won't purchase this again, there are other dried vegetable blends of the same quality that cost less.
