These are great. We've bought them before from a local store but they are supposed to stay cold. There was only one ice pack in the package and it was shipped in the summer therefore it did not say cold at all. You need to include more ice packs or ship with dry ice or just don't ship during the summertime if you can't do that.

I love Garden of Life products and this one has not been a disappointment. I believe probiotics are super important and this one focuses on the main reason to take probiotics in the first place. It comes in a container that does not require refrigeration which makes it much more convenient. But the company also sells a version that requires refrigeration. iHerb will send it with an ice pack. The bottom line is that it makes a difference whichever version you get.

I really appreciate this company taking the extra step to be sure the probiotics stayed within the proper temp. range. The product so far has really helped with my stomach issues. I am feeling better each day. I have only taken 4 doses and it really gets things moving for me. Which was a huge problem for me. I was completely uncomfortable all the time due to my stomach issues. This probiotic has given me hope that I am one step further to get back to my old self.i would recommend this to anyone that has used Align and interested in something that could work better.
