Perfect sharp edges- cake comes out clean and easy to decorate. even under fondant the numbers stayed crisp and easy to read from a distance. You can tell the difference in the picture- the numbers have sharp edges as apposed to the 1/2 sheet under them which has typical edges for a cake pan- both covered in the same fondant.
Number two pan excellent baking.

Very easy to work with , I made a Devils food cake for my granddaughters birthday . I was concerned the cake would not release from the pan,I normally place parchment paper in my baking pans but did not in this one due to shape.but it worked out well no sticking and easy clean.
