Best Folding Shovel You Can Buy!

Have not used mine as of yet, but I have used them in the past, and this is the GENUINE article and mine arrived BRAND NEW. I've used non-military folding shovels in the past, and to speak frankly, they are quite flimsy - and that is why I strongly recommend buying a Genuine Military Surplus Entrenching Tool. If you are looking for a solid folding shovel - this is it.The shovel is a little bit spendy, but ultimately worth the price. I'd rather pay a little extra for a long lasting durable item, then get a deal on something that breaks in the field! If you you are looking for a solid, dependable, folding shovel - this is the one to buy. Definitely worth the price.

This is an excellent little shovel. Rugged and compact. I plan to use it when I go camping and keep it in the car in case of emergency. Carry case is rugged too and can be attached to your pack via MOLLE webbing.
Same as Army one I used.

I got this so I can mount it in the trunk, under the hood. I probably won't ever use it like I did in the Army: digging a foxhole, but I'll probably use it when it snows.

real mil spec E tool. solid. can't complain about this at all. it's exactly what you expect. steel blade. aluminum handle. all coated black. i added some lubrication to the locking nut to make it smooth. works great.

The tool is as described by the seller as used, but in excellent condition. The only thing I did was lubricate the locking nut as suggested. Great addition to the emergency kit of any vehicle.
