The heater arrived sooner than expected which was great since sleeping on a cold water bed has not been pleasant. It was in good shape and I like the analog dial with the indicator light. The instructions were easy to follow and setup didn't take long beyond draining the waterbed. So far it works great, heats the bed evenly and we haven't noticed any hot/cold spots on the bed. Will have to see if it will stand the test of time though, as other reviewers said it died prematurely.
