Fantastic Protein Powder! Tastes Amazing!

I've been supplementing with Syntha-6 since I started getting heavily into fitness in 2015. I've tried a few different flavors of this protein powder, but I always go back to the Chocolate Milkshake. It's good with water, but even better with milk, especially Fair Life protein milk!
It blends really well in my shaker bottle and I never have to worry about lumps or undissolved powder. The macros are a little high, but if you're not on a caloric deficit, it's perfect - in fact it can probably help you reach your caloric goals if you're bulking. If you are looking for something with more lean macros, I enthusiastically recommend Syntha-6 Edge, which I believe is the primary replacement for their Whey Isolate protein powder, also in Chocolate Milkshake!

I've been using this product for a month now and it is great! I started working out in August and I finally decided that I'm not being satisfied with my result so I'll just invest in a protein powder. It was hard choosing and getting so many references made it even harder. I chose to go with Syntha 6 and it was a great decision, I love this flavor and if you follow the scoop with 4 oz rule the flavor taste great!! I also started seeing results! Love this product. Love the taste of this product. The fact that it contains a small amount of sugar is a huge plus. Usually a good tasting powder such as this contains loads of sugar but this doesn't. I purchased the chocolate version and it really tastes like a chocolate milkshake. I use more water since I thought the suggested water amount was low, and it doesn't dilute the taste at all. And yes it tastes just as good with water.
I'm more concerned with how it tastes since this is something you have to take daily. In order to stay motivated in working out I need something that tastes good. I know a lot people are that way too. Using it as a meal replacement honestly keeps me full for hours. As a semi fat person in the early stages of losing weight, it is hard to gauge the effectiveness of this product at this time. But I'm not very fat from my chest up and already see a difference in muscle tone in my upper portion of my body.

If you are looking for a whey powder as meal replacement, this product is for you. If, however, you are looking to supplement your diet with protein, there are many options out there that are much better. I recently started tracking my macros with the My Fitness Pal app, and I couldn't believe the nutritional profile of this product: 30% of the calories come from carbs, 27% from fat, and a mere 43% from protein. I just couldn't meet my macronutrients goals without running way over on fat.
Compare that to Gold Standard: 10% carbs, 8% fat, and 82% protein. That's what I call a protein supliment. Even Body Fortress is 69% protein.
Seriously, there are better options out there for people looking for protein.
