Total disaster. Opened box, plugged it in... tested it out. Motor turned. Next morning 12 year-old ready to make first glass of OJ... tried to squeeze first orange... motor didn't turn... tried dismantling, fiddling, etc... no go! returning this master piece of 'German' Engineering from whence it came...

Single feature juicer. Couldn't be more so. Only spins in one direction - clockwise. But it is solid, doesn't move when in use, and doesn't sound like its going to fall apart.
