I own an Omega Masticating juicer that i love, but juicing with an Omega can be very time consuming. The hopper is narrow so you have to do quite a bit of chopping and if you are juicing a large quantity of veggies, you will need 20 minutes of prep time, and an additional half hour to juice. Time being a factor these days, i wanted a juicer that was slightly cheaper, performs as well as Omega, but in less time. I was more than a bit skeptical of the Aicok juicer, buy since returns are easy, i decided to try it.

*NOISY OR QUIET?
It is quiet, i would say it is louder than a microwave, perhaps as loud as the lower setting on your blow dryer. You are not likely to wake anyone if you decide to juice at 4.00 am before your morning workout.....unless you decide to juice in your bedroom:)

Now the performance:-

*GREEN VEGGIES?
-, it extracts juice as efficiently as my Omega, the only difference is, i can process more vegetable in a much shorter amount of time.
*APPLES AND ORANGES?
-The pulp for both fruits was quite dry, although with oranges and cucumbers, the pulp will always be slightly wet...i suspect this will be the case for all soft fruit
*HARD VEGGIES?
-It gets the job done
*PULP IN JUICE?
-Yes there is quite a bit of pulp in the juice....just like the Omega, the only difference is, omega provides a strainer that you can place over the juice cup while juicing. The pulp in carrot juice is quite grainy with this one, but it is nothing a strainer cannot take care of.
*ASSEMBLY?
-The instructions are not very clear, if any of the company reps read my review, invest some time in creating a simpler and more comprehensive booklet, preferably with a larger font. For anyone struggling, look for the red dots on the hopper, the basket, and the supporting base.
*CLEANING?
-easy for the most part. When cleaning the tube the pulp travels through, you will notice bits and pieces stuck on the yellow stopper, turn your unit upside down and gently slide the side that is not screwed down out and clean.
*SKIP THE CELERY
-for some reason celery clogs it up. It can only handle small quantities

VERDICT
The juicer is made from good quality material, to be honest i was expecting something really flimsy for the price, i don't know how long it will last, Omega's motor has a 15 year warranty and this one has a 2 year warranty, so i am hoping it will last at least 1 years, i will probably eventually upgrade, but this one will do for now. It juices as fast as a centrifugal juicer, but extracts juice much more efficiently. , The manual needs work. I will update my review if anything changes

I like this juicer for the most part. Since it's a slow masticating juicer, it does extract more juice from the pulp. Pictures show 32 oz. of orange juice from 7 big naval oranges. The other is half that 16 oz. from 1 1/2 pineapples. The juice in the cup is from the core of two pineapples which it juiced with no difficulty. I have only two issues with it. One is that if you have Arthur (arthritis) in your hands, don't buy it, as it is very difficult to assemble/dissemble the #4 part (separator) from the unit. Second, the quality of the materials used is not very sturdy. Fairly quiet and cleanup is not too difficult. CORRECTION on the amount of oz. juiced as the containers will hold 50 oz, so 50 oz of orange juice and 25 oz of pineapple juice.

After trying another manufacturer's juicer / sauce maker, having it fail, and having the replacement fail, we looked for another juicer and found this one. This juicer is by far easier to assemble, easier to clean, and much much easier to use. What I mean by easier is this: in the other juicers that we've used, both purchased and barrowed, many times the food item would need to be pushed down into the mechanism.. This juicer does not. The spindle in the tasked with crushing and pressing the juice out is actually designed in such a way that it pulls the food down into it. It snaps carrots, devours apples and oranges, and smashes cabbage. I suspect just about all juicers will have some issues with leafy.items due to their stingy nature. However, if the leafy items are followed by something with more substance we've found they get finished off pretty well. The pulp is very dry and juice seams to be plentiful.

All in all, we are very happy with this juicer.

This one is awesome! Is easy clean.And is safety not to heavy, looks great. While I take pride in my knife skills for cooking, for me getting the juicing done as quickly as possible is a must. So far, I am very pleased. I have juiced a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, from soft to hard, leafy and non-leafy, with good results. There is a bit of noise when crushing hard vegetable, but the process is completed quickly. I also did some research on juicing, and learned about important things like when to peel, when to chop a bit, and order of ingredients, and I recommend others do the same. My son want juice everyday .Thanks make my kids happy.

WHOA I'm glad I did! This baby is awesome! My youngest child is a fruit junkie and can't get enough of it. I thought this would be a great new twist on how we consume fruits and veggies. Plus this thing does so much more. It's very well made, works incredible and is easy to use. I can't think of one thing I don't like!
