A general beekeeping staple. Though not my favorite tool works when you need additional prying tools. recommend the j hook as your main tool.
Using this Tool For remodeling.

I'm using this tool for remodeling - helping to remove quarter round and door and window molding - along with any other tasks where a small thin wedge is needed. This tool was recommended to me by a window installer - and I wish I knew about it years ago as it's so handy!
the best prybar, maybe the best tool, i own

i'm a remodeler/handyman and this is my favorite tool. I have lots of amazing tools, but these things are incredible! don't be fooled by the junk from the task force hyde or husky brands, they are far inferior to the genuine bee hive tool. it's made of knife blade steel, apparently from the planet krypton. i beat on this thing with a hammer and it just smiles back at me condescendingly... it has a super gradual taper and super thin blade that can slip in anywhere without marring the surfaces... just try one, it will be your favorite pry bar too!
Very handy tool

Very handy tool. It is sturdy and the curves are in the right spots. Used often when we had bees.
This looks like a great tool

This looks like a great tool! Admittedly, I'm a beginner beekeeper and am just starting to collect equipment. I haven't actually used this in the field yet. My amateur impression of this tool is that it is sturdy, yet thin. It looks like it will be able to get between the hive boxes easily without causing much damage to the wood. I'm very happy with this purchase.
