I was surprised how much of a higher quality case this was than what I was expecting. There's a lot of padding inside, the material on the outside is very durable, and my AR (with red dot on a riser) fits inside with no problem and there is still a lot of extra room, although I collapse my stock every time I store it (out of habit). I don't have to FULLY collapse the stock to make it fit, but I can confirm that my rifle won't fit if the stock is fully extended.
The Velcro and zipper are good quality, and there is enough room to store my small cleaning kit and small spray oil can in the pockets. This is one of the best deals that I've come across in a long time, and it would be a great case for anyone with a new rifle. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

A little tight. S&W sport II just barely squeezes in. Good for an entry bag but will be upgrading

For the price (~$30), this is a very great buy. Good padding, adequate size for an AR-15 and several mags. I liked it enough to buy a 2nd bag.
