I don't know if I've just gotten used to chicory or if this is better than what I've used in the past but I think it is delicious. The other chicory I used was ok mixed with coffee but I have been trying to not drink coffee. This does not need to be mixed with coffee. I use 1 1/2 tsp for a 10 oz coffee and the flavor is very mild so I use little sweetener.
