I used this tahini to make my homemade hummus! Very smooth and make delicious hummus.

You can say I'm a Tahini fanatic. I go through it within days. I LOVE this stuff and eat on pretty much everything. Is there a tahini ice cream flavor? Cause I'll eat that too. Anyways, I was nervous about buying this because the negative reviews kept saying it was really bitter. I originally wanted this because I can get it in a 32oz (I get mine from sprouts and just wanted to find a big jar, where I didn't have to go anywhere to get it, preferably) so I ordered this brand since it was organic and if I liked it, I could get a large amount in one place. Anyways, I ordered the 16oz just to try it. Upon arriving I noticed it seems to be WAY more in the jar than I usually get, I think that's because the kind I get is mostly oil, and is thicker. This stuff is really liquidy, buuuuut I don't mind it since that's what I want my usual stuff to look like. I pour it over alot of my food (rice and roasted veggies, noodles since I'm dairy free and not a huge fan of tomato sauce) and I like alot of Israeli food. ANYWAYS, I gave this four stars because it's not the BEST tasting tahini ive had, but like I said I'll probably continue to order it because it is good, and you can get alot for the price. Unless I find a better deal somewhere else this will probably be my go too. If you like tahini as a whole, just buy this. I don't really think it's as bitter as everyone says. Maybe they're just not a fan of tahini in general. 🤷 Oh and I like that it comes in a glass jar. The end.

Such a great product. Taste, and texture are so good. I've added it in many things I've cooked. Yum!

I was happy with my purchase. Sometimes Tahani sauces can be bitter, this was not. Flavorful!
