We tried many home remedies & products before this one & this one worked & it worked fast. My daughter kept having crusties in her lashes- not as bad as you get with pink eye but in the same realm. We finally figured it out & realized it was an overpopulation of eye mites- very common actually. This product worked & whenever she gets the condition again ( 2 x a year ) we just get out the bottle & knock them back again. She just has the perfect conditions to have them- some people are just more predisposed to have them. Some people get them in their eyebrows & thata is how they get back into the eyelashes after awhile so now we put this cream in the eyebrows AND the lashes.
Has been helpful for my eye condition.

Less redness and itching after about a month of use. Be sure to follow instructions carefully. Warm soaks and then a tiny bit of the medicine. Don't be fooled by the small sized bottle...it will last a long time. It is a good idea to research the Demodex of eyelashes, before getting this product. It may not be useful, if you have other conditions..
