I received the wrong product, but I didn't want to deal with the exchange over a $10 difference. I received the COLD WATER version, and not the one that attaches to the sink. This is a game changer for me. For about a year or so, I had been experience irritation down there. I had eliminated alcohol from my diet, and limited my intake of caffeine and dairy. That made some difference, but the bidet really has changed my life for the better. I think I bought this in the Spring; it's now the end of August and I haven't had any discomfort. Wiping with toilette paper (dry or damp) really was causing some bad irritation. If you think about it, it's a really dumb way to clean yourself.

The build quality is very good, and the installation process was quick and easy.

After the Lav-Aid I used daily for 10 years had to be retired. It didn't fail the business end of the sprayer was lost down the sink drain during cleaning after a delay in being able to get the drain plug in the sink repaired in a timely manner I needed a new sprayer. I specifically needed one with a longer spray handle and this was pretty much the only choice. I have to say it did sound good.

When the package arrived first thing I noticed was somehow the box was not sealed. With trepidation I opened the box and carefully took out the contents finding with great relief that everything was there. On to the bathroom where installation was began. The directions were straight forward and simple. After 27 years plus of bidet use of various types it sounded and looked simple to install. Now let me say this up front - teflon tape was used at all joints. The post installation test began with the water being turned on. Things were taken apart and additional layers of teflon tape were added. Second test was performed. Some joins still leaked. More teflon tape was used in the areas that still leaked. I still have 2 joints that still leak no matter how many layers of teflon tape were applied. The one big leak is where the handle inserts into the hose.I have double and triple checked to make sure the washer is in place..

The design of this product is good and you have no idea how much I was looking forward to the luxury of having warm water to clean up with this winter. But I have to say I am not impressed with the leaks. And because I have a desperate use for a bidet this has to remain in use until I can find another setup. In the meantime I guess I will be sopping up water.

WOW - the more I use this product the more I like it! Searching through the choices of similar items I am glad I stumbled upon such a good product.

1) the attachment to the sink faucet was very easy to install and easy to use reaching over from the toilet
2) the lever on the wand to start the water flow is ergometriclly easy to use - back far enough so no water hit your hand
3) the added bit of wand at the end makes placing the water flow in the right position easy
4) the spray from the nozzle is strong enough to do the job
5) the hose is long enough to go to the opposite side of the toilet from the sink
6) it has taken me some time to perfect being able to hang it back in the holder when finished but once learned it is easily done
7) NO NEED for TP any more

After a brief visit to Japan years ago I got to appreciate that a really clean backside seems to only come from a washing. Smearing with TP started to seem like something left over from the middle ages. Without buying a fancy toilet or some special seat with plumbing and electrical connections I am VERY happy to have finally found this item, bought it, and have in home for use.

Sorry only that it took so long to find and that more bathrooms aren't similarly equipped on travels.

I have been wanting a bidet for some now but I did not want to install a toilet. I also wasn't very excite about being sprayed with cold water. My search for a bidet that sprays warm brought me to this hand held bidet. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! This sprayer has unbelievable power so it took a little getting used to adjusting just the right amount of pressure. Once I got the pressure to my liking, I was no longer a skeptic. The warm water is so much better than being shocked by a burst of cold water. This little thing is amazing! I was able to connect it in minutes without the use of any tools. I unscrewed that aerator and connected the valve/aerator and connected the other end to the sprayer. It comes with instructions and an extended attachment which is very helpful. I really love it! If you would rather have warm water as opposed to cold water, and don't want the hassle of using tools, or the expense of a bidet toilet, this would be the perfect buy!!!
