These are the real deal for any mechanic that does onsite work. They absorb oil well and helps contain the mess. **Warning** though, if too much oil, it can seep through the pad and still stain pavement. I use on top of a piece of synthetic roofing underlayment. Keeps liquid from rolling off onto pavement, but wont keep from staining if too much liquid is introduced onto pads. One sheet has a perforation so you can tear in half so you're not wasting any material. Much better than cardboard. Thanks Evolution Sorbent and Amazon for a nifty product.
