Absolutely worthless. Brand new machine that would not start, despite "wait 5 mins after 5 pulls to try again". Then, call the 800 number first in line and wait 20 mins....to get "zero" help! The customer service agent asked me literally to take apart machine to "spark test' and to "check fuel line" among several other things! Like I bought this thing to do a complete overhaul before using it! For stuff like this, deal locally with big box stores first. Otherwise, after putting something like this together, filling with oil and gas, only to have to remove those fluids before returning,,,,,,,just AIN't worth it.
watch parts availablity, MC43 parts will not interchange

Worked ok for fairly big gardens (25x50) but had to go over it several times. Only worked for two years and carb seized up. I cannot locate anyone selling replacement carbs so it sits unused. Worked fine on rocks up to 4" and small roots (3/8"). Earthquake wants ridiculous price for replacement carb compared to other models.
Poor performace

Second tiller. Just does not have the power to perform. Tines stall out in the lightest soils, even after the ground has been tilled well before its use. It is really a nice tiller except. for the power factor. The reviews were so good. Disappointed would have liked to have kept it.
Great performer, but

I'm 74 years old, and needed a tiller easy to start and easy to use. It is easy and great to use. Not too easy to start - too much pulling on starter road. It a great tiller. Very unique! The till must be tilted on it gas tax to gingerly get to the oil fill cap and get it out and back in. Not easy, Manual and actual oil level need clarification my manufacturers. Not as easy to start as expected. It does perform outstandingly once I get it started and in the garden. I do like the way it handles - tills. Phone call to customer service was great, but the email response to my questions was too standard, off the shelf answers, not really addressing my questions. These are the facts.

Easy assembly. Starts like my edger and requires a few pulls to get it going but then the instructions do mention 5 pulls. My machine seems to run better with a half choke setting. It will make very quick work of good garden soil and with some effort and time dig into clay soil. Setting the digger blade is awkward but other than that I like this machine for the price and functionality.
