These are the best for the price. Happily recommend these to everyone who has a need. I've used them since adopting my 2-1/2 lb. Chi. She has used them since she was a puppy (she's 15 yrs. old now). Never had to worry about taking her out in rain or snow!!! Puppies are easy to train. Older dogs, not so much. I wouldn't recommend for really large dogs.
