Didn't feel like I had any reduction in hot flashes after using this product for almost a month.

I purchased this product because the product I had been using for five years was no longer on the market. The reviews by others convinced me this was the product for me--to alleviate the frequency and intensity of hot flashes, and to stabilize the emotional upheaval caused by hot flashes. I took the product for two months. At first I noticed my emotions were stabilizing, which is a very good thing, and the intensity of the hot flashes seemed to be subdued. But I noticed that I always felt like I had to urinate and getting to the bathroom in a timely manner was very stressful. Over time, the needing to urinate became more frequent and less controllable and the hot flashes intensity scaled upward. I finally purchased another product and within a couple of days my life had returned to absolutely 'normal'.

And absolutely amazing product I had been on bio identical's they weren't helping the hot flashes within 10 days the hot flashes are gone and I will continue to use this product. I do suggest starting with two tablets and then working down to one if you're having a lot of hot flashes

These don't work like the ones I get at the doctor's office. Could they be fakes? The sure look like the real thing. Not work the $20 savings if they don't work, though.
Didn't work for me.....but still worth a try!

Although this product was highly recommended by a friend it did not work for me. I still am getting just as many hot flashes as I was before taking it. I still think it's worth a try.
