Got the size 9, which they are currently out of, wanted to get a 2nd pair because these gloves are so awesome. Built like a tank, feels like I could pick up hot lava, but I wouldn't do that, nevertheless for household chores they blow away thin cheap playtex junk and most other gloves at 3x the price. $3 or $4 as an add-on is a steal. I have med size male hands and the 9s fit perfectly so may not get the 8s as they might be a bit small. If you can get the size you want, these gloves look like they will hold up for a long time instead of tearing thru in a week like the cheap junk that is overpriced. This, of course, assume users don't juggle ginsu knives, pick up broken glass, or do dumb things that rubber gloves were never meant to do.

If you have small hands these are not for you. They are bulky so its hard to move. I wanted them for making soap and they are so bulky I just ended up buying gloves from Walmart.
Size runs large.

Nice and thick, but they run big - too big.
Heavyweight glove is very protective.
