I ordered these because they were cute and because they were reasonably priced. They are lined on the inside which is nice. But, one of my gloves didn't have holes cut in the lining for my fingers. So I had to cut those myself. Now one of my fingers of that lines but everything else's. It's not really a problem. But just kind of odd.

I'm always looking for better gloves for dishwashing and cleaning. Either they are too stiff, too big/small, or make my hands sweat. I'm so glad I tried these gloves! They fit snugly but not tightly, and the lining keeps my hands comfortable during even long cleaning sessions. A HUGE thumbs up (yeah, I get the pun...)!

These are comfortable and long enough to keep your sleeves out of trouble. The only reason I am not giving them a five star rating is the gloves were packaged in such a way that the thumb and a finger are creased, making it seem that it is misshapen, and might not work. I have very small hands, and so I was sure that was not the issue. If working the fingers and thumb into them is needed at first, try closing in a fist, and then working the thumb in, followed by each finger.... that seems to help resolve the trouble.

So when buying "normal" yellow rubber gloves I normally buy a size Medium and they fit with room. These gloves are lined on the inside with some warm fabric which makes the size of the glove smaller - I actually had a hard time getting my hands all the way in the gloves and often felt like I was going to drop my dishes because of it.They do protect against the hot water very well, Our water comes out steaming hot and I could barely feel it through the gloves.

Edit: Vanorig contacted me many times asking me to remove my unfavorable review, and eventually to tell me they had fixed the issues with the gloves that I listed and to ask me if they could send a new pair for me to try and review. I agreed. Within 5 minutes of using the new gloves to wash dishes, I dropped a bowl and broke a plate. The lining makes it difficult to get a good grip on the dishes and hard to keep my hands all the way in the gloves.

These may be okay for doing other house hold things (cleaning floors / bathrooms) but I threw mine away as I have already broken enough dishes.

Great dish gloves; love how high on the arm the gloves come and the fit of the gloves. My only comment would be that the gloves are a bit tight and my hands are thin. So if you have larger hands get a bigger size
