This is one of the best seasoning mixes I've used. It actually tastes like the herbs and spices in it and not some bland mixture that does nothing for your food. I've used this on almost everything from chicken and steaks to soup and savory pastries. It does have salt in it but it is not too salty like some mixes out there. I like that because with some others, by the time you get the flavoring to what you want, your food is too salty.
I like it best on chicken. I'll take chicken breast and fillet it very thin, sprinkle it with this and pan sear it just until it's properly cooked. I'll either use the chicken to top a salad or I'll make a white wine reduction with the pan drippings, whisk in a little cream, and add some fresh basil and a squeeze of lemon juice for a fantastic sauce. There's never any chicken left. Highly recommended, especially in bulk here because it sells out so fast in the stores that it's sometimes hard to find. I'm down to a half a jar... right on time, Amazon!
