I fault this product because it only has one style of massage... HARD. It is very aggressive, which is great if you can tollerate it for more than 5 minutes at s time. This is very good at providing deep-tissue massages, but I can't tolerate that much pressure. I'm 5' 11" 215lbs and recently experience a motorcycle wreck.

It works great I just wish it would go a little lower in the back. I cannot find a massager that goes down low enough in the back so I have to sit up high and pillows to get it to where I need it to be. Other than that it's the best thing in the world I love it. I have sciatica and it really massages the knots out of my spine and gives me a lot of relief

So far it is working great. It appears to be very well made and looks as though it will last. Only time will tell. I love it but it is too strong for my husband, so to each his own. That is why I gave four stars.

My job causes me frequent low back pain, therefore I need something to help me after work. I ordered it on April 3, got an email within 12 hours that the product is out of stock and would send me one once there is new stock on April 15. I got another email on April 13 that the product arrived and delivery started then the massage chair was sitting in the lobby for me on April 19 which is 2 days earlier than the instructions.
As a 5'2" person, this product fit my height and my chair finely. Not sure how to use the 'adjustment' buttons under the neck section yet. Other buttons works finely.
Really satisfied with the efficiency of delivery and the product for one day. Will update if there is any changes.

I use the cushion every morning to get my back lower back lossened up for the day. Combined with stretching and exercise it does a pretty good job of getting me going. I have had two other similar cushions from Homedics both of which broke with a few months. This one seems better made and I hope it lasts longer. I am 6 foot tall and use it in my recliner and it works well.
The shiatsu massage is very firm and the other roller massage in less firm but maybe not firm enough. The controls work well if you want to stop on work on one area.
