Sounds like it has bronchitis

Garbage, honestly. Bought this about three weeks ago. Never held a charge due to cold (which if a product is meant to sit in your car, seems pretty silly), so then every time I went to use it I had to have it charging simultaneously, which isn't so bad, but then the nice lady interrupts your podcast every 3 minutes to yell LOW BATTERY even though the stupid thing is already plugged in. On top of that, the thing suddenly lost a huge amount of sound quality the other day out of nowhere. No amount of rebooting, etc, takes away the grainy quality. It's hardly audible at full blast now and sounds like its been chain smoking for about 40 years. Thankfully I still have time to return this and get my money back, so I can buy a product from a different company that might actually be a speaker.

I purchased this Bluetooth speaker for my girlfriend for Christmas cause her car does not have a current Bluetooth system and I wanted her to be safe while driving. We have tested the speaker a few different times and for the most part it works as it should. The exception is, the volume does not turn up very loud so music was difficult to hear as well as phone calls. This really is the only issue that I see with this product.

Still going strong. I purchased the first one a year ago for my brother who lives in CA. Hands free laws there. He has nothing but positives to say about it. If you remember to turn it off when you leave the car, the battery lasts a long time between charges. I can hear him crystal clear when he calls and he reports the same from his end. I recently bought the second one for my spouse for Christmas.
I couldn't ask for more from a hands free device!

I love everything about the Sonic Rider! Battery life is amazing, and the sound quality is first rate. The instructions tell you to push the call button twice to reconnect, which is no big deal, but my Sonic Rider automatically connects without my help when I return to my vehicle.
If you're in the market for an outstanding hands free Bluetooth device, I highly recommend this product! I doubt if you can beat the quality or the price.

I recently started wearing hearing aids and no longer can use the ear piece Bluetooth. Austin is a hands free city, I had to find an alternate Bluetooth speaker. I purchased this unit and it works GREAT! The incoming voice is really crisp and clear and the outgoing voice is clear on the recipients end. I just purchased a new Samsung 8+ and it was very simple to pair the two together. My sister purchased a new SUV last year which has a built in Bluetooth speaker, not much telling how much that option cost. When I have ridden with her, I had a hard time understanding incoming calls, as well as when I have talk to her. This Motorola runs circles around her built in one, way, way better. When your talking on the Motorola Sonic Rider Bluetooth and you get another call coming in, you can answer it, it will put you first call on hold. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a hands free speaker.
