This is an excellent product. I use it on my arthritic knee, and it does a great job of relieving pain and swelling. The included sleeve protects the skin from direct contact while allowing the cold to penetrate. I also lent it to a friend who used it on her wrist, and it was rather large, but did the trick.

I don't think there's a way to make one of these suckers that will provide cooling for more than a minute or two. It's not the fault of the pack. It's just thermal physics.
One thing you can do is wear one of these, and then put an ice pack over it.
It does provide a nice snug fit, and for as long as it can provide cooling, it works great. No issue with leaks, as reported by others.

I like it however, the description clearly states microwavable for heat but the product itself says NOT to microwave. This is a disappointment but it is small enough to microwave a cup of water and heat it that way so I think I will keep it.
