This stuff is amazing. It will take your Sichuan dishes (particularly ma po tofu) to the next level. It is much cheaper in Asian markets, but they don't all carry it, so if you can't find it, then this is definitely worth it.

Delicious! Perfect for Spicy (vegan MaPo) Tofu and other yummy dishes. Would give them 5 stars if the paste was packed in polypropylene instead of polyethylene.
