Too Thin, Can't be used to serve guests.

Looked good and I was happy when I first received it. The glass is super thin and light and anyone holding it can realize the value of these in terms of quality should be closer to $3 per glass if that.
They do look like the "Mad Men" whiskey glasses which is why I got them. I would feel embarrassed serving this glass to guests. It's good if you are drinking by yourself in secret while watching the TV show. Sadly, your hands would feel the cheapness of the whiskey glass and you would realize these are fake.

So yeah, these are awesome. Yes they are "cheap." So what. They look exactly like they are supposed to at a great price and even if a bit light it's totally worth the buy if you ever wanted the glasses from Mad Men. And by "cheap" I mean: thin and light glass. Not a heavy glass in your hand. Doesn't feel solid. But again, I don't care. These look and drink awesome and the because of that the price is also good.
I hope the company that makes this makes an "executive 4-set" someday that looks exactly like these but is about 1/3 smaller and made of thicker glass. That would be awesome.

These glasses are the perfect highball glasses. The thin glass permits the warming of a great scotch or bourbon to the perfect sipping temperature simply by holding it. The silver stripe at the top adds that touch of sophisticated '60's retro/almost art-deco elegance for any situation.
Beware that these glasses are made of very thin glass; so no banging around in the sink when washing them. Positively NO DISHWASHER.

I bought these as a gift for my brother, as we are both huge Mad Men fans. Reviews of other brands were complaining that the silver edging flakes off, but these were of good quality. My brother even asked me for the link so he could buy more to add to his set!
