I bought this in March 2017. The stethoscope broke less than nine months later and the sphygmomanometer fabric looks torn and worn. I guess you get what you pay for.

It's ok for the price. The stethoscope ear pieces are very hard and uncomfortable. Even switching to the "softer" ones is awful. The stethoscope is very heavy and it's hard to put your fingers on the sides of the diaphragm. The blood pressure cuff is decent.

I will tell you honestly this is not a good value. If you are an average guy, 15-17 arms and want to use this on your bicep, forget about it. When you pump up the Velcro doesn't catch and it comes loose and then you can't hear through the stethoscope. Now can't return from amazon, and can't find the seller on the return so can put out at the next yard sale as kids play toy. That's about all it's worth.
