I use a lot of this stuff!
Great for deep frying or pan frying. I also use it in making home made bread.
It withstands high head and adds a flavor of butter that is outstanding.
I buy it by the case, and although it seems expensive it lasts a long time and just look at the price of oils in the store. Out of sight! Some have mentioned health concerns with high fat and cholesterol content. I have not had a problem with these issues. Number one, I am old, who cares at this point! Number two, this stuff is so good I don't care!
Great for fried eggs and I always add a little to the pan for hamburgers, great buttery flavor. I also use it in my deep fryer for potatoes and fish.
I will continue to buy this oil as long as it is offered.
They also make this in a garlic flavor. Love garlic, but don't think I want three gallons without trying first. Wish they offered smaller, test bottles
