Enormous bag of good stuff

Smells good. Waiting until weather is cooler to make soup.
What really impressed me is the amount of the mixture that equals two pounds. The bag is about 8 1/2 by 11 (think notebook paper) and about 2 inches thick. Now I need to find a gallon container to store it in when I open it.

I bought this to supplement my camping meals for a backcountry hike in GNP. Well, now it's all gone. I may have to break down and order some more!

Love these dried veggies. A lot of carrots. Great flavor mix. Easy to use in stews or soups. Re-hydrate pretty quickly. Cook up great.

Add a cup of veggie blend to 32 oz of low sodium broth and some seasoning and you got a quick cup of soup. I use this in many dishes I prepare, adds wonderful flavor. Add it to your pot roast, bake chicken, casseroles.
