I needed this slitter for a SWiM setup in my RV. DirecTV insisted that I had bad cables and needed a tech, tried to explain to them that was not the issue. Needless to say, I was right, DirecTV was wrong and I had to purchase this equipment to get my system back up after having my non-SWiM system replace with this.
