The scooter came very quickly in new condition. it is as easy as shown in youtube videos to open, close, charge and use.
the only flaw so far it that it sometimes does not stop. as warned in the manual, just turn it off and it will stop. this scares me some for my 91 year old mother that uses it. we received a copper colored one, and it is beautiful.
