We purchased this for a newly renovated bathroom in a church. We wanted something smaller than the large industrial items. In this case, smaller does not mean inferior... it's an awesome product and does the job well!! We liked it so much that we bought a second one for another bathroom. so far I luv it, works better than expected and the quality is good for home use. the only problem I had were the instructions they were not included just a small diagram pasted inside, it was hard to see along with battery compartment, but the case of paper towels was very affordable for what you get and should last much longer than standard paper towels, there thin and soft. I only ask that Georgia Pacific put these on sale more through Amazon. ill review again after using a couple months, enjoy Easter weekend.

Few and far between are the products that actually enhance a home/kitchen. There are many products that are kept, as standard. This one just became both! Setup was a snap! Batteries were included (How rare is that?)! First feed was easy. The very compact unit (as automated dispensers go) fit's almost perfectly flush on the side of standard cabinets, I will never again spin half the roll because the perforation fails to tear as I yank off a towel. My wife loves the "hanging" feature. The towels, albeit a bit thinner than standard towels, are still VERY absorbent, and are a great value with respect to quantity/price.(1800 sq. ft.) vastly exceeds even the most "economical" standard paper towels.I highly recommend the small, one-time investment in your kitchen convenience.
