I rarely write reviews, but this product has helped me so much. I have suffered for years with terrible sinus issues caused by my many allergies and underdeveloped maxillary sinuses. It is not seasonal for me, it is all year long. Sometimes the pain is so bad it makes me throw up. I have tried just about everything else (even sinus surgery and allergy shots) and rarely got any relief. I tried a salt room therapy session in Chicago and it helped a lot, but there aren't any near where I live to go to regularly, so I bought this. It has helped me so much, I am buying more for gifts. After having mine for only 2 days I was so impressed that I ordered one as a gift for a friend. When she opened it and it didn't come with any salt like it should, I was really disappointed because I was excited for her to try it. The seller responded very quickly and said they are sending some salt. I understand that mistakes happen and I appreciate the good customer service, so I ordered 2 more...one to keep at work and another for a gift. It is worth a try for anyone with sinus problems, especially at this price! Absolutely life changing for me!!

I use this when I have problems with my sinuses or chest congestion, and it DOES seem to help, especially in defeating the virus or bacteria that are causing the problem. It's not a c ure-all, but if it helps, I'm happy.
