This came today - exceptionally fast shipping. It is beautiful, the wood is smooth and the 1/8" is accurate. You can see the care that was used to mill this. I have many rolling pins- too many to count - but this one will be a favorite for exact measurement of crusts. Can't wait to get the 1/4" one as well! Thank you J.K. Adams!
Great Concept with a couple of issues

I love the concept and the pin does a fine job. The exceptions are that the seller placed their sticker on the pin instead of on the outside wrapper. I got it off with oil but just not a good idea to make it so difficult to remove. The wood is a bit dry so the dough stuck to it but we worked around that. I got the pin for my granddaughter who loves to make dog biscuits for "Shadow". The pre-determined rolling height was a very nice feature for her.

Excellent, quality product! Does it job and does it perfectly. Want to quickly and easily roll an even dough thickness? Buy these Made in the USA pins. I bought the 1/4" for cookies and will now buy the 1/8" for pie crusts. Wish I had known about this product sooner and hadn't wasted time and money on ineffective gadgets (rings, wands etc.). Better late than never. Will be nice for gift giving, too!
