These socks aren't warm, they are very thin which is nice for versatility with shoes. I've given them several days of use and feel no effects from them they are literally just regular socks. I have a BOT sheet for my horse that I'm never going to use again now that I have tried their product on myself I know it doesn't do anything. I've used magnetic therapy on myself and felt results will keep using that on my horse

Not sure how these work since they seem skimpy on material but they do. I show dogs in agility - lots of running and walking around on hard packed dirt and wearing these keep my feet and legs feeling fine. Love them.
Found an awesome quality of these socks while at an agility trial. It was 17 degrees outside and we were showing in a horse arena that was barely heated. My friends were complaining about how cold their feet were but my feet were warm and toasty! Why? Because I was wearing these BOT socks! Looked on the official web site and they advertise these as warming. Awesome!!
