I bought these for my husband who had been complaining about heel pain, after convincing him to try these his heels are feeling better. They have a ways to go before they are healed. He also works all day on concrete which aggravates the problem but overall they are better.

I wear a 9-1/2 shoe but bought the large/extra large which is for size 10+. Even at that, I could barely get it on my foot. It feels great and provided relief for my heel pain due to plantar fasciitis, but it got a hole in the heel the 2nd time I put it on. I don't know if it was just defective or poor quality, but I returned it and will look for another product. I rated it at 3 stars because it really did help my heel pain but it seems expensive for the quality.
Save your feet and walk without pain.
