Impressed with the quality of materials and construction. Nice design. Good air flow for it's size. I'm getting another one. One suggestion, on the top and bottom put a label showing direction of air flow. With arrows. I know believe all those electrically reversible fans have compromised fan blades, so they can go both ways but they don't blow strongly in either direction. This fan the blades always turn One Direction and they are designed for maximum flow. You have to flip the fan around if you want air to go in a different direction which is fine by me because I would rather have the strong air flow. This really does blow more air than my larger electrically reversible fan.

Moves the air well, good air pressure from the blade design, but NOISY.
I have it oriented vertically, but it does not expand enough to fill the open window.
It is NOISY.
No matter if you run 1, 2 or all 3 fans, they are only 5-inches and make a LOT OF NOISE.
I tried my router control on it, but it's just the physics of the fan size and blade design.
ALSO, it is NON REVERSIBLE.

To reverse this unit, you must physically flip the entire unit around.
Since the best way to cool a room is to suck the air out, not blow air in, just set it in the window blowing outwards.
IT IS NOISY, but works well.

This works well, but wasn't quite what I expected. I expected to be able to circulate air by having one fan run an opposite direction as another fan, not the case. All three fans run in the same direction and you turn the whole unit around to get reverse air flow. Also, I have another oscillating fan that is quieter than this fan on low.

While it doesn't fit our oddly shaped windows, it does do a good job bringing in the cooler air at night. It comes with two spacers for one end and an extendable piece on the other. I like that it's labeled which is top or bottom. It makes a difference especially when installing it vertically. I'm considering getting another one or two and installing them side by side. They are quiet for window fans and look great.

I really like the size and the price is okay but I don't like that the fans aren't reversible, you have to remove it from the window and flip it around if you want the fans to blow in another direction. I also don't like that each fan only has one speed. The speed is controlled by turning on one, two or three fans not by controlling the speed of the fan. For me this is an issue because I have to keep it on high or else the fans that turn off allow the air to come back into the room. I use this as an exhaust fan and would love if they would all stay one but run at lower speeds to keep the air going in the right direction. That being said I have a very small opening on my windows and this is the only one that I found to fit my window.

Overall the product seems solid except for the fins on the grill as one arrived broken, I didn't feel the need to return for that because you only notice if you look real hard. Hopefully these fans hold up running 24/7. I don't remove it from the window so I'm sure to find out. The extenders work well, lock in place very well and do the job.

Overall I give it 3 stars because it is the only fan I can find that will work but the lack of fan speed control and no reverse makes me think this company either doesn't sell many units (which jacks up the price) or they realize they hit a niche and the competition is slim.
