I was very skeptical of this product when I purchased, but was plesantly surprised. I have a septic tank in the yatd and with drought last year the grass on top never grew. The ground was rock hard. This year the grass was growing strong around the tank, but there was a perfect line where the tank is. I used this product heavy in this area and lightly on the rest of the yard. Within two weeks I noticed a strong color difference as the grass on the tank got dark green and begin to grow. There is no line any longer and the grass on top of the tank is full and growing strong. I will purchase again!!!

Was reluctant to try even after reading the reviews and watching the company videos. This works as advertised and depending on the density of the clay, may take a few applications to really notice the effects.
