Our church has used this brand of potato pearls for years and they are really good and easy to fix. Used to get them from a food service supplier but don't order that much anymore so very glad to find them on Amazon.

I used these pearls as part of a meal for a wedding reception. I was very pleased with the product. While I did add my own little flair, they would have sufficed as is. All of the guests commented on how good they were and asked where they came from.
The flavor of the potatoes are great, but the potato pearls will not all dissolve ...

The flavor of the potatoes are great, but the potato pearls will not all dissolve and potatoes are lumpy. I've tried several different ways to dissolve the pearls with no success.
