Works really well in brownies. Melts nicely. Much cheaper than buying some fancy brand. This works great for my baking needs.

I have been buying this chocolate for years in the grocery store. There use to be 8oz in each box. Now, only 4oz., When I bake brownies ,I now have to use an entire box. Much easier to have several boxes on hand

Update I was going to repurchase another set of 12 of the bitter chocolate bars when OMGOSH I bought it on Oct 15 last year 2020 and it is now doubled in price. So I guess NOT. Will look for less or buy locally and hope this COVID driving higher price situation corrects itself in a year or two. But we make my own recipe of brownies which takes a whole box for a double batch. An often favorite of visitors too so can easily go through a box of 12 in a year. HOWEVER chocolate chip cookies may have to sufice to fill those who crave chocolate for now as even though it's jumped in price significantly too not quite as bad as this. Yes I have heard prices are on the rise as cocoa itself is harder and harder to come buy out of South America due to all kinds of politic's and world events even drug lords in their world. Sugar cookies come to mind if it comes to that:))) Stay safe everyone. Hang in there it's got to get better and if we all do our part for human kind the better times will get her that much faster.

So funny some of these NEW AMAZON review forms. Anyway wish that Amazon would roll it back by at least 3 to 4 years now and get rid of all the crazy global attempt and also let us answer responses to questions to clarify what we were asking. That's another rant I know. Love this chocolate for baking. Been baking myself since age of 11. When family put me into servitude and slave ship literally in our house of 4 growing up. I know I have little to complain about since there are dysfunctional families such as ours and then there are DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILIES the likes I am grateful never being a part of. Meantime this baking chocolate is great and I make a cross between a cake and fudge brownie my own recipe adjustment and everyone loves it. I hate frostings so that's why I love them myself. And even though I have tried substiutes including cocoa and oil insead of the solids here I favor this brand. Arrived in great shape. DO not order in HOT summer months. Make sure the temperature outdoors will not interfere with quality of product. Arrived in a little case box and I keep in pantry with a few bars in the fridge. Also hubby makes his family fudge and not a quick fudge a true old fashion fudge and it requires THIS type of chocolate and this is the ONE. Good price at todays market value despite being Pandemic year. So happy happy happy. Will take a while to work thorugh it as it's only the two of us these days with occasional company when not pandemic time. However Amazon what is Warmth and Sheerness to do with a baking chocolate as categories to rate on 1-5 stars I have no idea. I think you need to get real and roll it back people.
